Komintern Sect

Oi! band from Orléans, France. Formed in 1980, and broke up in 1986. Was featured on "Apocalypse Chaos comp."(1982) "Chaos en France comp." vol.1 & vol.2 (1983) and "Chaos en Europe comp."(1985). They released 3 full length albums entitled "Les Seigneurs de la Guerre"(1983), "Dernier Combat"(1985), and "Les Uns Sans Les Autres"(1986) all wich were released thru Chaos Productions. During a set at Chaose Festival in Oct. of 1984 a fight between punks and skins errupted and Chaos Productions renouce thier image as a skinhead label. With great melodic guitar and impecible vocals, Komintern Sect is one of the best Oi! bands to ever come out. In my eyes they have not been given the respect or notoriety they deserve.
